Holograph, signed.William Lloyd Garrison has conferred with Wendell Phillips about the "expediency of wholly postponing our semi-annual meeting at Syracuse, and he is decidedly in favor of postponement." Garrison will endeavor to deliver an address in Syracuse on his way home. Samuel Joseph May and the newspapers the Standard, Freeman, and Bugle will be notified of this change.Merrill, Walter M.
