The first page of the document lists the committees of the San Francisco Chapter of the National Council of Negro Women for 1956 - 1957. The following pages list the names, addresses, and phone numbers for the members. At the bottom of the last page is an inscription listing the "Council's Activities" as the Citizenship Education Project and "Negro History."
