Photograph caption dated March 12, 1965 reads, "Protesting the treatment of negroes in Selma, Ala., these marchers continued to parade in front of Los Angeles' Federal Building. Marchers stayed on the sidewalk because of an injunction against demonstrating on federal property. On Wednesday, 98 similar demonstrators were arrested on various charges." This was taken at the United States Court House and Post Office, located at 312 North Spring Street.
