The Edrene Cole Collection is a series of oral history interviews conducted in collaboration with the Art Tatum African American Resource Center at the Library, and named in honor of Edrene Cole (1931 - 2007), a noteworthy historian and educator in Toledo. This interview is conducted by Univeristy of Toledo professor Dr. William McKether. Ohio Senator Edna Brown discusses her early life; Dorr Street; her political life and the contributions she made to the city of Toledo during that life.
