Donated by Muriel S. And Otto P. Snowden.This report is a summary of a larger report released by a committee put together by Governor Endicott Peabody to study racial imbalance in schools. It shows their conclusions that 55 schools in the state are racially imbalanced, 45 of which are in Boston. It gives some of the reasons they have found that this is a problem and some of their suggestions for ameliorative actions.
