Description
Postcard depicting a street busy with locals and located in the neighborhood of Chandni Chowk, or Moonlight Square, in Old Delhi, India. The city's iconic clocktower, the Ghantaghar, is also pictured. Ghantaghar was built in 1870 and stood for about 40 years before its collapse; it was demolished in the 1950s. Today, the Delhi Town Hall is at the clocktower's site.
