Description

Image of the slave ship manifest of the schooner Dolphin, 48 tons, American built, mastered by Gilbert Fuller. The Dolphin departed Goree Island, West Africa, with fifty-two slaves and arrived in Savannah, Georgia on August 24, 1794. The manifest lists the number of slaves on the vessel, the consignors, and their marks. Three of the slaves died on the passage across the Atlantic Ocean.
