Description
Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Manuscript annotated on recto, with "To W. L. G." in black ink along header of page, and "165" in pencil beneath Plumer's salutation to Garrison.Richard Plumer extends an invitation to William Lloyd Garrison for him to deliver a lecture in his "native place", and informs Garrison that he has arranged to have the City Hall reserved for the occasion.
