Video footage from the WBAP-TV station in Fort Worth, Texas to accompany a story by news reporter Lee Elsesser about the reopening of Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. The school administration had closed the college following student demonstrations and boycotts which called for the resignation of school president T. W. Colle, the employment of more African American teachers, and the reinstatement of a football program.
