Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Place of production (Kingston, Jamaica) based on the legacy card catalog.A large section of the paper, presumably containing no text, has been cutt off.Julius O. Beardslee writes to Amos A. Phelps that he procured the map of Jamaica as Phelps asked. He says he cannot send Kingston Papers to Phelps but will forward a few issues that he obtained, including the one for the coming Monday which will report on the Teetotal meeting. He says the meeting was “a great occasion for Jamaica.” He extends invitation for Phelps to visit Jamaica, saying that Hiram Graves is seriously considering of going to New Orleans.
