President Lyndon B. Johnson speaking outside of White House at the presentation of the Congressional Medal of Honor awarded posthumously to Private First Class Milton L. Olive, III. The Medal was awarded for Mr. Olive's actions in the Vietnam War. At the age of 18, Olive sacrificed his life to save others by smothering a live grenade.
