Police say that alcohol may have been a factor in a one-vehicle traffic accident on I-69 South on February 27, 2006. One man is in critical condition because of the accident.; Members of the original Tuskegee Airmen were awarded the President's Medal of Distinction by Jo Ann M. Gora, President of Ball State University. The Tuskegee Airmen were the first African American military aviators in the United States armed forces, serving with distinction during World War II.; The Indiana House of Representatives and the Indiana Senate are voting on separate amendments that would require all drivers and passengers in trucks to wear seat belts.; A bill in the Indiana General Assembly would require school vending machines to offer more healthy and less fattening snacks to students.; Weather.; Many parents in Anderson, Indiana are paying extra to enroll their kindergartners in all-day kindergarten programs.; Students at Pleasant View Elementary and Yorktown Elementary School in Yorktown, Indiana got a chance to run a production line in a manufacturing lab at Ball State University.
