Holograph, signed "A British Subject."The anonymous author of this manuscript has copied extracts of two articles from the Saint John (N.B.) Courier of Dec. 10, regarding John Brown and foretelling of the "mutterings of the approaching storm" of war. John Brown is compared to the martyr Smith O'Brien. The anonymous author writes: "I say, in conclusion, in the name of God let the South secede from the Union; the time is not far distant, ..."
