Left to right are Baxter Hill, the director of Cleveland Pride Inc, Walter Evans of 9214 Quincy, Mayor Carl Stokes, and Sister Henrietta of Lady Fatima Parish, East 62nd and Quincy. Carl B. Stokes was the first elected black mayor of a major American city and served as Cleveland's mayor for two terms from 1967-1971.
