Holograph, signed.Thomas Spencer sailed for Liverpool carrying with him anti-slavery publications and newspapers, and eight or ten letters for George Thompson. William Lloyd Garrison asks Henry Egbert Benson whether or not he is going to P[hiladelphia] for the arbitration case of Arnold Buffum. William L. Garrison's catarrh is better.
