Wong Kai Kah, the Imperial Vice Commissioner from China visited the Louisiana Purchase Exposition headquarters on July 6, 1903, to discuss China's exhibits with exposition officials. Photographed at the exposition's Administration building, from left, are: Ma Kang Y, Kee Owyang, Yu Kit Men, Isaac S. Taylor, director of Works, Wong Kai Kah, exposition president David R. Francis, Li Kit Helen, Russell Stanhope, secretary of the Committee on Foreign Relations, FJ.V. Skiff, director of exhibits, Ricardo Diaz Albertini, secretary of the Committee on Reception and Entertainment, F.D. Hirschberg, chair of the Reception Committee, Chang You Tong, Theodore Hardee, Foreign Exploitation Department, Tong Foo Pei, and W.B. Stevens, secretary of the exposition. No. 686.
