Wong Kai Kah, the Imperial Vice Commissioner from China visited the Louisiana Purchase Exposition headquarters on July 6, 1903, to discuss China's exhibits with exposition officials. Francis, Li Kit Helen, Russell Stanhope, secretary of the Committee on Foreign Relations, FJ.V.
