Photograph caption dated March 11, 1965 reads, "Civil rights pickets block the Los Angeles Federal Building driveway preventing this car and mail truck from moving either in or out. Marshals arrested 98 demonstrators on a variety of charges. Hearing will be held today in Federal court." This was taken on Spring Street outside of the Hall of Justice.
