Description

Men wear overalls and fedoras, hold shovels and stand near flood damaged Denver and Rio Grande Western railroad tracks and a washed out bridge over a creek bed in possibly Pueblo County, Colorado. African American (Black) men work at milepost 126 on the eroded railroad grade. Shows sticks, mud and debris.
