Description

This is an interview with Rita Kendrick, who is a native Memphian who witnessed and experienced long-term changes in Memphis. In the interview she describes experiencing racism from those in her own race because of her skin tone. Ms. Kendrick was also an educational professional who was employed by the school board for an extended amount of time.
