Matted black and white photograph from the Club DeLisa in the Bronzeville section of Chicago. J. Chester and Elizabeth Flectcher Allen are in the photo along with Dr. Bernard Streets and unidentified others. The photograph is presumably from the Second World War - two American flags are on the left and right of the matte with the letter "V" in English and Morse Code below.
