Description

District Attorney Buron Fitts declares that a virtual "slave market" has been operated in Los Angeles by a "love syndicate," supplying young girls as companions for wealthy men. He alleges that William Jobelmann and Olive Day are involved in the operation of the alleged "love mart." Jobelmann and Miss Day, formerly known as Dorothy Clark and said to be Jobelman's wife, have been placed under arrest while official investigation of the charges is in progress.
