Description

Issac Williams, state Field Director of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) speaking at news conference. Says the shooting death of Lewis Hall by a Highway Patrolman was an act of cold blooded murder. Lawrence Toliver, of Council on Human Relations, asks that the patrolman be relieved of duty. Thomas Broadwater describes the incident of the shooting. Two others seated at the table appear to be Modjeska Simkins and Redfern II.
