Video of National Downhome Blues Festival at the Moonsaddle Saloon in Atlanta, Georgia, part two of two. The performers include Dr. Ross, Sunnyland Slim, Jessy Mae Hemphill, John Seaferson and Phill Higgens, Robert Junior Lockwood, Albert Macon and Robert Thomas, Taj Mahal, Son Thomas, Henry Townsend, Homesick James and Snooky Pryor, Eddie Kirkland, Lonnie Pitchford, Precious Bryant, Booker T. Lowry, Thomas Burke, Sonny Terry, John Jackson. The musicians peform before a live audience. The narrator introduces each musician before their performance, and there is an interview montage in which the performers talk about how they learned to play, most taught by family or friends. The video is presented by the Georgia Folklore Society, produced by Georgia Public TV, and funded by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Fulton County Arts Council.
