In this interview, Dr. Best discusses the importance of informing adolescent students about preventive care and communicable diseases. He also talks about several incidents that he witnessed during the Civil Rights era and his activity on local boards and councils during that time. The information covered in this interview is relevant to the years 1957 to 1972.
