Candidates for city council and mayor of Berkeley speaking at a public meeting March 15, 1967. Includes Peter Camejo’s speech as mayoral candidate. The Moral Responsibility of the Physician: Lou Hartman talks with Dr. Isadore Ziferstein of the Southern California Psychoanalytic Institute. Herbie Hancock ensemble and midday concert.
