Description
After receiving Du Bois's encouraging letter, Trotter comments on the mutual inquiry of Booker T. Washington and support Trotter has received from Miller, Grimke, Hershaw and others. Trotter writes passionately that "Booker must be checkmated and we must study to do it". Written on stationery from the Office of The Guardian, "America's Greatest Race Paper".
