Description

The resolution asks "every loyal citizen of the State, of every race, color, creed or persuasion, to stay at home or at his regular place of business--as far removed from the line of march and demonstrations as is possible--until the risk of regrettable incidents which might occur in an atmosphere charged with tension has ceased."
