Description
Hearing concerning night marches concludes. During the trial, Judge Simpson asks Sheriff L.O.Davis if any officers are Klan members, which Davis denies. SCLC agrees to stop night marches until Simpson makes his ruling. 18 students march in the St. Augustine plaza and 4 persons arrested at the Monson Motel Restaurant. Local Klan members gather at the county jail where they are being held.
