In this clip Barbara Barrow-Murray interviews Marcia Ann Gillespie, Editor-in-Chief of Essence magazine about the need for affirmative action to promote women in the workplace. Overall the program consists of a one-hour interview conducted by Barbara Barrow-Murray with Marcia Ann Gillespie, Editor-in-Chief of Essence magazine.
