Yvonne Kennedy, former president of Bishop State Community College, speaks at an event held at the college as current Mobile County district attorney John M. Tyson Jr. looks on. The occasion is unknown. Kennedy was elected to the Alabama State Legislature in 1982, where she still serves. Tyson campaigned for attorney general of Alabama in 2008 but lost to Troy King.
