"Black Power and White Inertia" is a segment during which a group of the (mostly white male) staff from Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions discuss the notion of Black Power and Black separatism in America. Recorded at the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions in Santa Barbara. Harry S. Ashmore, W.H. Ferry, Harvey Wheeler, Paul Jacobs, Elizabeth Mann Borgese, James Pike, and John Wilkinson make up the panel.
