Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.In this letter to William Lloyd Garrison, Henry Titus writes how he was "agreeab[l]y entertained in reading the account of the Discussion between Jacob [Titus means Joseph, not Jacob] Barker and Priest Berg relating to the Divinity of the Bible", appearing in the March 3, 1854 issue of the Liberator. TItus provides his own opinions on the debate and offers his thoughts to his "unknown friend WM Lloyd Garrison" to include in the Liberator "if thee thinks it worthy of a place in the Liberators Collumns" [sic]. On verso, Titus addresses the letter to "Robert F. Wallcut" and asks him to "hand this to WM Lloyd Garrison there is nothing private in it".
