Description

Rim-sherd from a blue feather-edge pearlware plate. Although a different plate from Anthr1983_002_0111, this is similarly a somewhat later, less detailed version of the blue feather-edge pearlware. The cobalt blue underglaze pigment here is applied more lightly, mainly filling in the impressed lines that make up the edge detail.
