Silent shots of the audience and several speakers at the podium and sitting at a table. King continues his speech about the lack of funding for underprivileged communities, especially for education. He goes on to discuss various racist actions the American government has carried out historically. He explains the idea of both physical and psychological survival for minorities in America.
