Description
Digitization sponsored by the Council on Library and Information Resources.Kalisa writes to John trying to get a hold of him, as she has not heard from him in some time. She details some of the things that have been happening in the psychiatric oppression movement, including setting up a meeting with Diane Lacey, the black community representative on the NYC Health & Hospitals Corporation. Kalisa asks John about members of the movement who would be good to include in giving a historical perspective of the movement and what it stands for. She talks about a racism and sexism present with some members of the movement.
