Lloyd Garrison, Esqr. Boston, Mass." Manuscript stamped "Paid" and postage is stamped "Brandon. Sept 13 VT."Orson S. Murray writes William Lloyd Garrison stating that the latter had not acknowledged a letter from him earlier, and invites Garrison to a meeting of the Vermont State Anti-Slavery Society to be held in Montpelier. Murray states that should Garrison find himself unavailable that George Thompson or Charles Stuart would serve as fine speakers in his stead. In a post-script, Murray advises Garrison that the date of the meeting has changed, and urges Garrison to attend
