Holograph, signed.There are two items enclosed: the original manuscript by William Lloyd Garrison and a copy. The copy is not William Lloyd Garrison's handwriting.William Lloyd Garrison says he will attend the convention and will accept the invitation to stay with Robert Purvis. It is inexcusable that Ohio is not represented at the convention. Rev. Jocelyn will attend the convention. Garrison will urge Mr. Arthur Tappan to come.
