Description
Portrait of Dr. Barbara R. Hatton, the Seventh President of SC State, Served From 1992-1995. Hatton Was the Only Woman to Serve as University President. During Her Tenure She Was Instrumental In Converting Felton Laboratory School Into a State of the Art Professional Development School. Hatton Also Initiated Legislation Which Was Passed By the General Assembly Allowing Engineering Technology Graduates to Sit For the Engineering Licensure Examination In South Carolina.
